On 1st August 2019, “Co.Co.Tour” Project held its 1st Steering Committee Meeting in Herveg Novi. Representative of the European Integration Office of Montenegro, Srdjan Ćetković greeted the Steering Committee members. He pointed that “Co.Co.Tour” project is one of the most interesting with valuable content. This meeting was useful, for all Project Partners whom opened a lot of discussions and made valuable conclusions in order to improve the implementation of the project.

According to the 1st Steering Committee meeting agenda, in accordance with monitoring and evaluation of the project progress by the Lead Partner, the first issues to be discussed were the management and financial procedures. The next logical step of discussion theme was about accessibility training and meeting with stakeholders. At the end of the meeting, according to the conclusions and steps forward, all partners agreed on some common project implementation decisions to streamline its management. Meeting minutes were distributed to all Steering Committee Members. Project Leader ensures follow up of all decisions taken.
